helpful staff excellent service difficult taxi nightclub noise

The staff was very helpful. Sheen and Nadeem offered excellent service. I found the room comfortable. It included two bathrooms.

The location was not ideal. It was difficult to find taxis, and Uber was often necessary. The building had nightclubs and bars. The noise made it difficult to sleep well since the building is not soundproof.

loud nightclub broken bottles

the staff were accommodating, a plus.

The hotel has a nightclub that operated until 4 am EVERY night. The music was loud. broken bottles were left out, and it was a mess. this wasn't mentioned anywhere when i booked, frustrating.

Fantastic Stay!

room upgrade front desk

The hotel upgraded my room, THAT WAS a nice surprise. I especially thank Rami. The front desk service was friendly and professional.

I noticed some noise at night from a nearby nightclub, slightly disturbing. It continued until the early morning hours, disrupting sleep. Soundproofing might help.

The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. the room included two tvs and a comfortable couch. i found plenty of free parking available. This made things convenient. the pool was clean and well-kept, which i enjoyed.

i wish the hotel had better sound isolation. there was noise from a nearby club.

Fantastic Hospitality

excellent services complete amenities great cleanliness

Our room stay provide excellent services. I was happy with the Executive Suite. I was also provided complete amenities in the room. The staff accommodated a late check-out for me. I must say I'm grateful for the really good team and the hotel's great cleanliness.

There was a slight noise issue due to the nightclubs on the premises.
